Tindig Pilipinas, one of the organizers of the Trillion Peso March, supports the current Senate majority and rejects any move by minority leaders like Alan Peter Cayetano to take over the Senate Presidency.
We are aware that the Marcos and Duterte dynasties are yet again attempting to funnel the people’s anger against each other in a sick game to continue their factional war over who will rule over this corrupt and evil system of governance.
We are certain that a take over by Sen. Cayetano will bury the crimes of the Dutertes, leading to a biased and deceitful show of “transparency”.
Sen. Alan Cayetano himself has the “Caldero” scandal to answer for and therefore is not credible to us as an anti-corruption figure.
We are more confident that the current majority, which includes independent and untainted leaders like Senators Risa Hontiveros, Kiko Pangilinan and Bam Aquino, has a better chance of exposing the whole truth while stabilizing our current national instability within the bounds of the Constitution.
We will call on our people not to tire in advocating for what is righteous during this time of crisis.
