i think reply function needs fixing, sometimes it works and sometimes don’t

yung ibang replies ko boss hindi nata-tag ang user despite i always click on the same button, gaya neto boss hindi ka na-tag

Design issue yata ito ng current theme sa reply button, naging generic reply button nalang.
test quotes
Gumana basta quotes ang gamitin.
Or by design, ito sa forum software na hindi lalabas ang quoted post kung next reply lang.
