Mga tanong na di masagot:
- Who initiated the articles of impeachment?
- When it was completed?
- Is the articles accompanied with evidence?

The House, through the Office of the Solicitor General, argued that these matters pertain to its internal proceedings, which are beyond the Supreme Court’s jurisdiction due to the separation of powers enshrined in the Constitution. Therefore, the House did not provide answers to these specific questions, including those about who initiated the articles, when they were completed, and whether they were accompanied by evidence.
Maliwanag naman nakasaad sa report.
In all of the SC questions, ito lang tatlo ang hnidi masagot ng House.
The House of Representatives answered all but three inquiries of the Supreme Court on the impeachment complaints against Vice President Sara Duterte, maintaining that these matters refer to the internal deliberations of the chamber, which, it argued, are outside of the high court’s jurisdiction.
haha i don’t think magiging issue pa ang jurisdiction if meron naman evidence ang articles of impeachment haha
Hahaha ino-oversimplify mo nman ulit. Jurisdiction issue stems from the House’s interpretation of its exclusive authority over impeachment processes (Article XI, Section 3), not solely the presence or absence of evidence.
pausible but remains speculative ika nga.
