In a police report shared by DepEd to the media, it was reported that the incident happened at 10:45 am on Thursday, August 7. Initial investigations found that the suspect, an 18-year-old male, went inside the classroom of the victim, a 15-year-old female. “Without apparent reason, the suspect took his gun on his waist and suddenly shot the victim on her neck. After the said incident, the said suspect shot himself with the same firearm,” the police report read.
